Pricing rules
- €25 excl. VAT per started 50 m² above 150 m² for homes; measurement reports use their own bands.
- Detached homes: €50 surcharge on advice and points packages; energy labels use a separate housing-type rate.
- Commercial property: area bands; surcharge above 1,000 m² for energy labels and 2,000 m² for measurement reports.
- All service prices exclude VAT. The total including 21% VAT is shown separately. Volume pricing is confirmed in the quote.
