Parking in the WWS

A private parking space or garage belonging to the home earns points, with the points value depending on the type of parking facility; if the parking space is shared with other addresses, the contribution is divided.

Parking facilities belonging to the home, such as a private garage, an indoor parking space, or a parking spot on private grounds, can earn points in the points count. The number of points depends on the type of parking facility, with different categories carrying their own points value.

When a parking space is shared among multiple addresses, for example a communal parking area on an inner courtyard, the awarded points value is divided among the number of addresses using it, rather than each address being credited with the full value separately.

A charging point for an electric vehicle specifically belonging to the home's parking facility can contribute an additional amount to the points total, separate from the parking space itself, as part of the special-features component.

Public on-street parking spaces that are not specifically assigned to the home do not count as parking in the sense of the WWS; only a facility demonstrably belonging to the home is eligible for points.
