Process and delivery
- Request: confirm property type, service and available documents.

- Assessment: check the energy records, areas and applicable points rules for the assignment.
- Delivery: report within 5 working days after the survey; discuss the findings and next steps.
For private investors, portfolios and managers
Private investors can substantiate one or several dwellings before letting. Professional investors can compare property-level data across a portfolio. Owners’ associations and managers can coordinate surveys and documentation; the assessment remains specific to each dwelling.
Combining energy label, measurement and points
Energy Label + Points Assessment combines all three in one survey from €300 excl. VAT, including NEN 2580/BBMI. WWS Advice also includes advice. A standalone points assessment from €220 excl. VAT includes BBMI reporting without a new label. Use the package matching the evidence and advice you need; no fixed saving is promised.
