Point Scoring (standalone)
A standalone WWS assessment substantiates the points and base-rent ceiling of a self-contained dwelling without a new energy label. The package includes BBMI reporting from €220 excl. VAT; a valid energy assessment suitable for WWS must already be available.

What is included?
- WWS point scoring
- BBMI reporting
- Without energy label
Why this service?
- For properties with a valid registered energy label
- Includes BBMI reporting of the surface area
- Report within 5 working days after inspection
Process and delivery
- Request: confirm property type, service and available documents.
- On-site survey: a certified expert records measurements and relevant facilities.
- Assessment: check the energy records, areas and applicable points rules for the assignment.
- Delivery: report within 5 working days after the survey; discuss the findings and next steps.
For private investors, portfolios and managers
Private investors can substantiate one or several dwellings before letting. Professional investors can compare property-level data across a portfolio. Owners’ associations and managers can coordinate surveys and documentation; the assessment remains specific to each dwelling.
Combining energy label, measurement and points
Energy Label + Points Assessment combines all three in one survey from €300 excl. VAT, including NEN 2580/BBMI. WWS Advice also includes advice. A standalone points assessment from €220 excl. VAT includes BBMI reporting without a new label. Use the package matching the evidence and advice you need; no fixed saving is promised.

Worked example — fictional dwelling
A fictional apartment gains 5 previously omitted qualifying area points after verification. Moving from 120 to 125 changes the January 2026 ceiling from €774.94 to €809.30; no new energy label is issued.
What can improvements deliver?
Five genuinely qualifying, previously omitted square metres restore 5 points. Correct measurement is not a renovation; a hallway must not be relabelled as a room.
