Energy Label (residential)
An official energy label records a dwelling’s energy performance and is registered with RVO under NTA 8800. In WWS, label B earns 30 points for an apartment and 34 for a single-family dwelling; our residential labels start at €200 excl. VAT.

What is included?
- Official energy label
- Registration with RVO
- In accordance with NTA 8800
Why this service?

Process and delivery
- Request: confirm property type, service and available documents.
- On-site survey: a certified expert records measurements and relevant facilities.
- Assessment: check the energy records, areas and applicable points rules for the assignment.
- Delivery: report within 5 working days after the survey; discuss the findings and next steps.
For private investors, portfolios and managers
Private investors can substantiate one or several dwellings before letting. Professional investors can compare property-level data across a portfolio. Owners’ associations and managers can coordinate surveys and documentation; the assessment remains specific to each dwelling.
Combining energy label, measurement and points
Energy Label + Points Assessment combines all three in one survey from €300 excl. VAT, including NEN 2580/BBMI. WWS Advice also includes advice. A standalone points assessment from €220 excl. VAT includes BBMI reporting without a new label. Use the package matching the evidence and advice you need; no fixed saving is promised.

Worked example — fictional dwelling
A fictional 180 m² apartment costs €250 + €25 area surcharge = €275 excl. VAT for the energy label. If label B is established after improvements where C previously applied, the energy component rises from 15 to 30 WWS points.
What can improvements deliver?
F to B can add 39 points for an apartment. The new label must be established after the work; an insulation measure alone does not guarantee label B.
