What is the WWS points system?
The Dutch housing valuation system (WWS) awards points for floor area, energy label, facilities and WOZ value. The total determines the maximum legal rent of a home.
What does the Affordable Rent Act (Wet betaalbare huur) change?
Since 1 July 2024, mid-segment homes up to 186 points are rent-regulated. An accurate points assessment shows which segment your property falls into and what rent you may charge.
How fast will I receive my report?
After the on-site survey you receive your report within 5 working days.
